FAQ
How Do I Place An Order?
Visit the Shop page and click the View button of the Furever Glass piece you are interested in. Enter your engraving personalization in the text box and then add the item to your shopping cart. If you are looking to order multiples of the same item, you can increase the quantity before adding to cart. To order a different item, return to the Shop page and repeat the above steps. Once all desired items have been added to your cart, proceed to checkout where you will be provided with shipping instructions.
How Do I Send The Cremains?
When you complete your online order, you will receive a detailed confirmation page with instructions on how to handle and where to ship the cremains. Approximately 1 teaspoon of ashes are needed to embed into the glass. As this may be difficult for some folks to open and package, I encourage you to reach out to your friends and family for support and assistance.
I recommend using a FedEx bubble envelope to ship the cremains. Other mail services have specific shipping requirements that can be more costly.
When Will I Receive My Furever Glass?
Please allow for up to 4 weeks time to create and ship your Furever Glass home to you. This timeframe begins upon my receipt of the cremains, not from the date your order was placed. Each piece is made by hand and takes time to create, personalize and pack with care.
Can I Choose More Than One Color For A Single Piece?
Glass color does not necessarily blend as we would expect paints and pigments to. For this reason and to provide the most accurate representation of color, I suggest only choosing a single color.
Can I Request A Custom Design?
It truly depends on the nature of the request. Custom sculptures and color combinations are certainly open for discussion. Please reach out using the contact form for any custom inquiries and be sure to include your email.
Can I Make A Custom Engraving Request?
Without a special request in the engraving section of your order form, the engraving on the bottom will read “In Memory Of (your pet’s name)". If you would like to add a year or alternative text, please request it in the engraving text box. I am happy to accommodate as long as it will fit within the space.
Do You Also Make Glass With Human Remains?
While the intention of Furever Glass is to honor furry companions, you may place orders for human loved ones as well.
